Booking and Cancellation
Payment Terms and Pricing
To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable advance payment of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is due forty-five (45) business days before your arrival date. If payment is not received within three (3) business days of booking, Isbreen The Glacier reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice. Please note that our prices are quoted in NOK, and Isbreen The Glacier may adjust them as needed.
Order Confirmation
Once your booking has been confirmed, it becomes binding for both parties. A confirmation will be sent to you. The person or company listed on the order is financially responsible for the entire order, including any potential damages.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made fourteen (14) business days or more before the start of your booking, we will only keep the 25% non-refundable portion of your payment. Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) business days before arrival are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the guest, company or person who is responsible for the booking will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Illness or Accident
Guests are responsible for any costs resulting from accidents or illness during their stay. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance before their trip to cover such situations.
Accommodation Guidelines
Please adhere to the specified maximum occupancy for your accommodation unit, as described in the listing. Exceeding this limit may result in the rejection of additional guests. Guests are expected to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care to prevent damage and unnecessary wear and tear. Any loss or damage to the property or fixtures will be the responsibility of the guest. Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors may lead to eviction.
