We are dedicated to highlighting the richness of the Arctic cuisine, its distinctive flavors, and the abundance of locally sourced ingredients. Our commitment lies in providing you with a culinary experience that celebrates the essence of each season, where fresh ingredients are meticulously prepared on a daily basis.
Breakfast is served family style with à la carte options, usually between 8am - 10am.
Lunch may be served in-house or during one of your excursions, provided by your local guide.
Dinner is served as a 3-5 course meal or family style, usually between 7pm - 10pm.
