Northern Lights Hunt by Snowshoes or Skis

Set off from Isbreen the Glacier or another prime location chosen for the best viewing conditions. With snowshoes or cross-country skis, you'll move through the Arctic wilderness, far from artificial lights, under a vast, star-filled sky.
Guided by local experts, you’ll follow ancient trails once used by Arctic explorers, searching for the elusive Aurora Borealis. Along the way, we’ll pause at a secluded spot to warm up with a hot drink and local snacks while your guide shares stories and insights about the northern lights.
If the conditions are right, the sky will ignite with dancing colors, creating a breathtaking moment you won’t forget. Bring your camera — this is a night worth capturing.
Kindly note that the start and end of the northern lights season may vary from year to year. Northern lights can be visible as early as mid-August and can last until beginning of April.
Terms and Conditions apply. For the following activities — Fjord & Wildlife Cruise, Swimming and Snorkeling with Whales, Deep Sea Fishing, Fjord Cruise under the Midnight Sun, and Arctic Floating — there will only be a 50% refund if the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions.
